When you chat with Nexora, an AI model produces a first draft of your document based on the information you provide and on Nexora's curated library of vetted sample documents.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or wrong in ways that are not obvious. You should never sign, file, or rely on an AI draft as if it were a finished legal document.

An AI draft is not a final document and not legal advice.
An unreviewed AI draft is a working document. It is not a legal opinion, not legal advice, and not a recommendation to take any specific action.

Every document is reviewed and signed off by a licensed attorney before delivery.
No document is delivered to you until a licensed attorney has reviewed it, corrected it where needed, and signed off on it. This is the entire point of Nexora.

Your attorney-client relationship is with the reviewing attorney — not with Nexora.
Nexora is a legal-technology company. The attorney-client relationship is formed with the licensed attorney who reviews and signs off on your matter, not with Nexora itself.

Who that reviewing attorney is depends on the matter.
- For matters within Ardina Law's scope, the reviewing attorney of record is Armen Margarian, Esq., a licensed California attorney.
- For matters routed to the AppearMe network, the responsible reviewing attorney is the independent licensed attorney from that network who accepts your matter. Armen Margarian and Ardina Law are not involved in and bear no responsibility for AppearMe-handled matters.

No guarantee of outcome.
Even attorney-reviewed work cannot guarantee any specific legal, immigration, or business outcome. Laws, agency policies, and individual facts vary.
