    Terms of Service

Placeholder note: This page should be reviewed by counsel before launch.

    1. Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, starting a chat, or otherwise using Nexora.Law (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. What Nexora is

Nexora is a legal-technology platform. It uses AI to generate document drafts and routes matters to licensed attorneys — either Ardina Law (Armen Margarian, Esq.) or, where applicable, an independent attorney in the AppearMe network — for review and sign-off. Nexora is not itself a law firm. AppearMe reports over 19,600 registered attorneys across all 50 states; although 19,600 are registered, the actual number of active attorneys on the network at any given time may vary. See our AI Disclosure and Disclaimer.

    3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

    4. Free documents and paid matters

Your first two assignments are free, including AI drafting and licensed attorney review. From the third assignment onward, fees apply at the rates published on our Pricing page or as separately quoted (for example, immigration filings).

    5. Attorney review and engagement

No document is delivered to you without licensed attorney review and sign-off. An attorney-client relationship is formed with the reviewing attorney, not with Nexora. The identity of the reviewing attorney is disclosed for each matter.

    6. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant Nexora a limited license to process that content to operate the Service, generate drafts, and route the matter for attorney review.

    7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; submit false or misleading information; attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

    8. No legal advice from the platform

Content generated by the AI, content on this site, and any communication that is not from your specifically identified reviewing attorney is general information only, not legal advice.

    9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nexora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Nexora in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

    12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

    13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form on this site.
