1. Who we are
Nexora.Law ("Nexora," "we," "us") operates a legal-technology platform that uses AI to draft documents and routes matters to licensed attorneys for review. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, role, organization, and contact preferences.
- Document content: information you submit in chat or intake, files you upload, and the drafts generated for you.
- Usage data: log information, device and browser information, pages viewed, and feature interactions.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use information
- Operate the Service: authenticate you, save your work, route matters to a reviewing attorney, and deliver documents.
- Generate AI drafts based on the information you provide and Nexora's curated sample library.
- Bill paid matters and prevent fraud.
- Improve the Service, including quality and safety of AI output.
- Send transactional and, with consent, marketing communications.
4. AI processing
We process your inputs through AI models to generate drafts. We do not allow third-party model providers to use your content to train their public models. For details on how AI is used and how attorney review works, see our AI Disclosure.
5. Who we share information with
- Your reviewing attorney — Armen Margarian, Esq. (Ardina Law) or the independent AppearMe-network attorney assigned to your matter.
- Service providers who host infrastructure, process payments, send email, or provide AI model inference — under contracts that restrict their use of your data.
- Government or legal requests when required by law.
- In a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
6. Retention
We retain account and document data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these by contacting us through the site. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.
9. Children
Nexora is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We will update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
11. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form on this site.
